Glen Bachman is a 1995 graduate of Washington University School of Law, holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University and is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Bachman heads up the firm’s litigation practice. He is married and the father of one beautiful young girl.

David Swanson graduated from Duke University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia College. Mr. Swanson is the firm’s managing partner.
Lauri Klein received her law degree from Western New England College School of Law in 1992 and her undergraduate degree from Union College. Ms. Klein is a former Assistant District Attorney and handles much of the firm’s criminal litigation matters. She is married and the mother of three energetic, young boys.
